What started out as some drawing and then became conversation with Aoife and Carol the fantastic duo of jelly and gin, who's hard work made create eat possible, and gave me the chance to finally make one of my dangly-elasticated-hanging cutlery creations. After lot of knitting and a lot cutlery bending, drilling and sewing, then end result was an autumnal canapé canopy fit for any eating extravaganza. Here are some pictures from the set up....
Thank you so much to Aoife and Carol for having me help, and the wonderful collaborators, everyone who came and took part in the fun, and my friends and family for all there help and putting up with elastic yarn everywhere over the past 2 months.
Last Friday the 19th of October 2012, Create Eat took place - 25 collaborators: designers, chefs, mixologists, food and drink producers, food and drink retailers, artists, chocolatiers, coffee experts, photographers and film-makers each donate a skill or an item to contribute to a spectacular dining experience.
