Last night was an epic night of cooking, eating, drinking and laughing. I hosted the first DIY pie club of 2011 (and first ever DIY pie club) and I'm feeling super pie enthusiastic and keen to keep the pie making up.
Pie course 1- Homity Pie from the cranks cook book, with a peanut butter base.
Pie course 2 - Caramelised garlic tart, recipe from Ottolengi. Absolutely delicious!
Pie club was ace! I'm going to start making plans for the newxt Pie Club: DIY Pie USA with Derby Pie and Pumpkin Pie mmm...
