pie of the week - Herb Pie
A weekend end of double pie munching, had a delicious vegetable pie made by my good friend Heather on Friday night, and then finally a day off yesterday so I tried my hand at this beast, sort of a giant spanakopita, super tasty, cheesy, greeny, herby goodness.yum yum.
